For the dress elasticized at the waist, consider the number of buttons on the top (4 or 5 depending on the age), because the skirt is not buttoned.
Bias binding from haberdashery: 140 cm for classic straps =55'', 240 cm = 95'' for straps to tie. Preferably use a woven bias for woven garments and a jersey bias for jersey garments.
Thin fusible interfacing: 100x5 cm (40x2") for buttoned versions
Thin ribbon or Stabilmanche© 45 cm (17 3/4") to stabilize the jersey bias
The lining pieces for the front and back yoke are provided in the main fabric. They can of course be cut from another fabric; you will then need 15 cm of this other fabric (for a width of 140 cm).
